False Bay's Engineering NCV programmes are offered at two campuses: Westlake Campus and Khayelitsha Campus. These Engineering programmes are for a three-year period.

NCV Engineering Course Entry Prerequisites
These courses begin at NCV level two plus the bare minimum requirement would then be Grade 9 certificate with a pass in Arithmetic.
After the student finishes NCVLevel 2, they'd then have attained a grade ten certificate. NCV Level three would be grade 11 and NCV Level four is grade twelve.
NCV Level four is at the exit level, getting comparable to a National Senior Certificate (NSC).
Grade nine is on NQF level one. Our NCV programmes start NCV degree two that is equivalent to an NQF level two.
On which kind of students are suited to these programmes, they more info say that the world is acknowledging that traditional schooling is not really always the only real way of getting an artisan or turning into skilled therefore if a student knows from an early age what their interests are, the NCV programme is in fact properly suited for that student.
False Bay TVET College will assist the student to become qualified in his field of interest. Students who want to become entrepreneurs will also have access to their Centre of Entrepreneurship on the Westlake Campus.
